Diageo Reserve has appointed Irish chef Mark Moriarty as global gastronomer, its new food advocacy role within the business.

Diageo has launched its World Class Bartender of the Year Competition, kicking off with a nationwide roadshow.

Jamie Jones of The Social Company has been named Diageo Reserve GB’s World Class Bartender of the Year 2017 following a two-day final held at The Mondrian, London.

Aidan Bowie, Diageo Reserve’s GB World Class Bartender of the Year 2016, has partnered with Llama Inn in Williamsburg, NYC to open a World Class pop up bar on August 3.

Diageo Reserve has announced that its ‘World Class’ mixology competition will be held in the UK from 28 July to 1 August.
